Celium Recruitment is seeking a skilled and experienced Plumber on behalf of an excellent client. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic regional team in London, working primarily on temporary plumbing installations in large-scale construction environments.
Role Overview:
You’ll play a vital role in onsite operations, coordinating and executing plumbing installations. Working closely with a regional engineer, you’ll provide temporary plumbing services, manage water and gas service isolations, and conduct assembly and operational testing of pumps and break tanks at a dedicated workshop before site installations. This position requires a proactive professional ready to support various construction sites while upholding rigorous health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate daily with the regional engineer.
Perform temporary plumbing installations for water, soil, and waste systems.
Execute service isolations (gas and water) and prepare isolation certificates.
Complete site paperwork to document activities.
Follow health and safety guidelines and support the plumbing fit-out of welfare and office facilities.
Install electric water heating systems and site water pumps on construction sites.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Essential:
CSCS/JIB graded skills card or equivalent
NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing and Heating
Qualified plumber with experience in the UK construction industry
Full UK driving license
Preferred:
Experience in temporary plumbing installations
Unvented system experience
